"Floreszent is here for people who welcome a new wave of floral design which emphasizes self-expression and art. Floral design is open to interpretation much like all art forms. We like following as little design 'rules' as possible to create unique, freestyle, and sculptural works of floral art. We like to incorporate dried ingredients, recycle, and reuse materials, and practice sustainable techniques and mechanics that help reduce excessive nonbiodegradable waste. "

"Working with nature as a medium is the most rewarding part of floristry. There is a level of respect we must have for the ingredients since they are ephemeral; however, beauty can also be found in the perished and decaying. It’s a natural process after all.
Green signifies life and growth. Green sparks feelings of joy and hope, emotions from which flowers should evoke."
